Child Safety Policy

This Policy applies to all Last Beacon: Survival services and functions that allow user-generated content or interactions (including but not limited to voice rooms, chat, posts, comments, and etc). It is incorporated by reference into the our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. In case of inconsistency on the same subject, the stricter rule that better protects minors prevails, and any breach of this Policy constitutes a breach of the Terms of Service.

1. We adopt a zero-tolerance approach to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation ("CSAE") and Child Sexual Abuse Material ("CSAM"). Any users who violate this policies may face immediate block or resctirction from LB, and might referral to law enforcement where required or permitted by law.

2. Definitions

2.1 "Minor" means a person under 18 or a higher age if required by local law.

2.2 "CSAM/CSAE" includes sexualized depictions of minors in any media (incl. AI/deepfake), links or hash-matched items, grooming, sextortion, and commercial sexual exploitation/trafficking.

2.3 "Grooming" means establishing contact with a minor to facilitate sexual exploitation (online or offline).

2.4 "Sextortion" means coercing a person using intimate images to obtain further images, sexual acts, money or other benefits.

3. Prohibited Content & Conduct

LB uses automated and manual systems to detect prohibited activities, which including but not limited to:

Sexualization of Minors and CSAE/CSAM

1. Sharing, creating, requesting, or distributing any CSAM/CSAE.

2. Content involving the sexual fetishization of minors, such as discussions, sexualized playacting, or wearing sexualized clothing, is prohibited.

3. Depictions of child nudity or sexualization in any form, including artistic representations such as drawings or animations.

Harmful or Dangerous Acts Involving Minors

1. Threats, encouragement, or acts of physical violence against minors.

2. Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors.

3. Depicting or encouraging dangerous activities involving minors.

4. Promoting or depicting neglect or trafficking of minors.

4. Reporting Mechanism

LB provides in-app one-tap tools to Report, Block, Remove from room, and Submit Feedback. You can also email support@yg.ltd.

5. Execution

5.1 Users convicted of crimes against children, including but not limited to sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect, or trafficking, are strictly prohibited from using LB.

5.2 LB operates a moderation program that combines automated detection with human review, and for voice room features may implement broadcast delays, on-duty moderation, and rapid response measures. All violations of this Policy will result in immediate enforcement action.

5.3 Depending on the severity of the violation, and to the extent required or permitted by applicable law, LB may report the matter to and cooperate with competent law-enforcement authorities in any resulting investigation.

5.4 LB will publish and maintain this Child Safety Policy in appropriate locations within the app and on its website to facilitate user understanding.
